Job summary

Village Roadshow Theme Parks on the Gold Coast is seeking a friendly Seasonal Bayhost to welcome guests and guide them through our bays with excellent service. You will upsell food and beverages, follow responsible service of alcohol rules, keep bays clean, and help create memorable guest moments.

The role is 4 months fixed term casual, offering flexible shifts including weekends. Prior food and beverage experience and a RSA certificate are preferred to support a safe, entertaining guest

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Energetic and enthusiastic team player.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, approachable manner.
• Assist guests to understand and enjoy our game, including safety rules.
• Offer food and beverage to guests.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol is observed.
• Keep bays clean and ready for use.
• Deliver optimal guest service and create moments that matter.
• Serve food and beverages per Topgolf standards and suggest premium items.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner
• Assist them in understanding and enjoying our game - including the safety rules
• Offer food and beverage
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure the bays are clean and ready for our Guests
• Offer optimum guest service – create “Moments that Matter”
• Take pride in serving our food and beverages according to Topgolf standards
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales

Key Qualifications
