Job summary

Topgolf Gold Coast is hiring a Casual Bartender to warmly greet guests and efficiently mix and serve drinks in a fast-paced environment. You will follow Topgolf recipes, maintain bar stock, and support occasional event service on peak days.

Applicants should have prior bartending experience and an RSA certificate, with a positive, energetic approach and strong communication. Flexible shifts including evenings and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Offer food and beverages from the bar.
• Protect guests by observing responsible service of alcohol rules.
• Ensure the bar is stocked and looking presentable.
• Provide outstanding guest service and create moments that matter.
• Prepare and serve drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol
• Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic
• Offer optimum guest service - create 'Moments that Matter'

Key Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
