Job summary

Village Roadshow Ltd at Topgolf Gold Coast is looking for a Casual Bartender to deliver beverages with warmth and professionalism. You’ll greet guests, take orders, and serve according to Topgolf recipes while maintaining a welcoming bar area.

Role requires RSA certification, energy and enthusiasm, and the ability to thrive in a lively, high-volume setting. Shifts include evenings, weekends and holidays with great perks and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
• Energy and enthusiasm.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest immediately in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Offer food and beverages from the bar.
• Protect our Guests and community by observing the rules of responsible service of alcohol.
• Ensure the bar remains stocked and looking fantastic.
• Offer optimum guest service - create 'Moments that Matter'.
• Take pride in preparing and serving drinks according to Topgolf recipes and standards.
• Suggest premium menu items to enhance the Guest’s experience and maximise sales.

Key Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience
• Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
• Energy and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Physically fit to lift, bend and stand for long periods of time, manoeuvring up and down stairs
