Job summary

Superior Food Services in Mooloolaba, Queensland, is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced food service environment. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will manage rosters, supervise staff, monitor stock rotation, and ensure HACCP and OH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail or hospitality food service in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in seafood or food service is preferred.
• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and safety knowledge including OH&S and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rosters to ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Supervise and support retail and delivery staff to maintain service standards.
• Forecast daily demand and prepare production and preparation plans.
• Attend weekly production meetings to align priorities and improve processes.
