Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months experience in a restaurant management position.

• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software.
• Food safety certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the restaurant's profitability and efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and events.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure all employees are up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including overseeing cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for menu changes and improvements to the overall dining experience.
