Job summary

The Deck Seafood Restaurant in Mooloolaba, part of Superior Food Services, is seeking cooks and chefs of all levels for full-time, part-time, or casual roles. You will prepare, cook and plate high-quality seafood and short-order meals, maintain stock, order supplies, and help keep the kitchen organized, under pressure, delivering consistent service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in hotel/club industry preferred, but not essential.
• RSA certification is advantageous.
• Seafood experience is a bonus.
• Knowledge of food safety standards.
• Available on weekends, public holidays and evenings.
• Skilled in deep frying.
• Reliable, punctual, well-presented and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate high-quality seafood and short-order meals.
