Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Science/Tech degree with 3–5 years in technical sales, and can translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in technical sales.
• Demonstrated success selling complex products or services in B2B environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory or account sales plans aligned to business objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
• Drive sales pipeline management from lead generation through to contract closure.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM discipline.
• Understand customer workflows and translate requirements into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and solution proposals.
• Act as a key technical and commercial contact point for complex solutions, ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Support pricing, contract negotiation, and tender responses in line with approved pricing, discount, and delegation frameworks.
• Manage customer expectations while balancing commercial outcomes and long‑term value.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Service and Applications teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.
