Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Junior Technical Sales Representative to join our Sydney team, specializing in scientific instruments. Qualifications

• Degree or educational background in Science, Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry or related field.
• Interest in scientific instruments and advanced technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and building relationships.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good organisation and time-management skills.
• Flexibility to travel for customer visits.
• Driver's license and full working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales and promotion of sophisticated scientific instrumentation.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and opportunities.
• Work closely with technical and service teams to support customers.
• Attend customer meetings, industry events and exhibitions.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
