Job summary

DKSH is seeking a commercially driven Product Applications Manager for Cell Analysis & Characterisation across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead portfolio strategy, launch initiatives, and collaborate with sales to drive revenue growth while providing technical training and application support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Life Sciences or related field; MSc/PhD preferred.
• Proven experience in Product Management, Applications Support, or scientific sales.
• Strong commercial acumen including forecasting and pricing.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of life science research environments and lab workflows.
• Experience delivering technical training and customer demonstrations.
• Desirable experience with imaging, microscopy, and high-content screening.
• Experience with lab automation, genomics, proteomics, or translational research advantageous.
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, able to work across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio growth, profitability, and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and execute product, marketing, and business plans.
• Manage forecasting, pricing, inventory, and product lifecycle activities.
• Lead product launches, market development initiatives, and supplier onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide advanced technical support, demonstrations, evaluations, and application expertise.
• Deliver training and technical enablement programs to customers and sales teams.
• Support tenders, quotations, and strategic sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert and trusted advisor for your portfolio.
