KE Select is partnering with an established organisation in the scientific and laboratory supply sector to recruit a proactive Customer Service Officer. The role blends customer service, internal sales administration and relationship management to support growth.

You will manage inquiries, quotations and orders, build strong customer relationships and collaborate with Account Managers to drive commercial outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, internal sales, or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first approach.
• Experience handling quotations, processing orders and coordinating requirements.
• Comfort engaging with customers over the phone and spotting sales opportunities.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage customer enquiries related to products, pricing, availability, orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and process quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively follow up quotations and engage with existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling new products.
• Coordinate servicing, repairs and warranty enquiries with suppliers and service providers.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
• Assist customers with online ordering, account registrations and eCommerce enquiries.
