Job summary

You will manage enquiries, quotes, orders and CRM records while identifying sales opportunities and supporting the broader sales team. Experience in scientific/lab products is advantageous and interview salary will be discussed.

Qualifications

• Experience in scientific/laboratory/medical/technical or industrial products is advantageous.

• Manage customer enquiries relating to products, pricing, availability, orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and process customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Proactively follow up quotations and engage with existing and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and promoting new products.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, repairs and warranty enquiries with suppliers and service providers.
• Liaise with internal sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities and opportunities within the CRM system.
• Assist customers with online ordering, account registrations and eCommerce enquiries.
• Work collaboratively with Account Managers to support sales initiatives and customer requirements.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this position offers a diverse mix of customer service, sales administration, relationship management and proactive sales support. You will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience, managing enquiries and orders, coordinating service requirements and supporting the broader sales team. Beyond day-to-day customer support, you will also have the opportunity to build customer relationships, identify sales opportunities and contribute to ongoing business growth.
