Permanent Full-Time | Commencing October 2026
The successful candidate will
Provide first-level technical support for staff and students, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
Assist with the setup, installation, configuration and maintenance of computers, peripherals, mobile devices and audiovisual equipment.
Support user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
Maintain ICT inventory, including asset tagging and accurate record keeping.
Assist with ICT projects, upgrades and equipment deployments.
Ensure ICT helpdesk tickets are logged, tracked and resolved promptly.
Provide basic training and guidance to staff and students on common software and systems.

Experience in a technical support or ICT support role, ideally within a school environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS environments.
Experience with common software applications, including Microsoft 365, learning platforms and antivirus tools.
A sound understanding of networking fundamentals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
