• Experience with staff data, payroll/admin processes and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and induction for support staff.
• Maintain staff records and monitoring of workforce data.
• Assist with budget, financial registers and asset management.
• Support timesheets and leave entitlements under supervision.
• Ensure compliance with departmental policy and statutory requirements.
• Provide administrative support to principal and business manager as needed.
