Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications preferred in a related field.
• ITIL Foundation encouraged.
• WWCC and TLC Applicant Declaration completion.
• RRHAN-EC awareness.
• Protective Practices Certificate helpful.
• Experience in an education environment is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Triage and manage technical support to teachers, students, and administrative staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 while maintaining ownership of requests
• Record and update work in the ticketing system and keep stakeholders informed
• Align work with College SLAs to minimise impact on teaching and learning
• Support teaching and learning by providing reliable ICT services
• Maintain documentation, records, and procedures in line with policies
