Job summary

Bytewize is seeking highly experienced IT professionals to join our team in Victoria to deliver ICT support to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program (TSSP).

These roles are not entry-level and require at least 5 years of industry experience, with opportunities across contract, casual, or permanent employment and salary ranging from 80,000 to 110,000 AUD pro-rata. You will manage and maintain school ICT infrastructure and support staff and students.

Qualifications

• Not entry-level; at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in TSSP or education-sector ICT is preferred.
• Ability to manage and maintain ICT infrastructure in schools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support services in large, technology-driven learning environments.
• Collaborate with school leadership teams and deliver ICT training when required.
