Job summary

Bytewize is seeking experienced ICT professionals to deliver Technical Support to Schools Program services in Victorian schools. You will manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, support staff and students, and contribute to enterprise environments across multiple sites.

Candidate must have at least 5 years of industry experience, with preference for TSSP or education-sector background. Contract, casual, or permanent roles available in Victoria, Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry IT experience.
• Experience in the TSSP program or education sector preferred.
• Roles are not entry-level; a track record is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT infrastructure across Department of Education schools.
• Administer and support school networks and server environments.
• Provide ICT support to staff and students and deliver PD when required.
