Job summary

St Hilda’s School on the Gold Coast invites you to join our ICT team as an ICT Support Officer. You will provide Level 1/2 helpdesk support to staff and students, manage devices across Windows and Apple, and assist with classroom AV for events.

Reporting to the Head of ICT, you’ll help maintain security, licensing, and endpoint management using Intune, JAMF, and SCCM, while contributing to a reliable technology experience in a faith-based girls’ school.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in IT helpdesk or technical support, ideally in a school.
• Experience with Windows, macOS and iOS; Intune knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with hybrid environments: AD, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.
• Practical AV setup/troubleshooting for classroom events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver helpdesk support by phone, email, ticketing system, and in person.
• Deploy and maintain laptops/desktops/iPads across Windows and Apple.
• Manage device enrollment, deployment, and security policies via Intune, JAMF, SCCM.
• Assist with user accounts across AD, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365.
• Support AV equipment and event sound/lighting for assemblies and events, incl. after-hours.
• Maintain accurate hardware/software licence inventories and assist with endpoint security monitoring.
