Job summary

ST HILDA’S SCHOOL on the Gold Coast is seeking a customer-focused ICT Support Officer to provide Level 1–2 helpdesk and technical support to staff and students. You will deploy devices, manage endpoint policies, assist with Active Directory and Microsoft 365, and support classroom AV for assemblies and events.

Reporting to the Head of Information Technology, you will work in a faith-based girls’ school environment, with a strong emphasis on customer service and collaborative problem solving

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ experience in ICT helpdesk or technical support, ideally in a school
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS and iOS platforms with Intune knowledge
• Familiarity with hybrid environments (AD, Entra ID, M365) and AV setup for events

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive helpdesk support by phone, email, or in person
• Deploy and maintain laptops, desktops, iPads, and mobile devices
• Support endpoint management and security policies through Intune, JAMF, or SCCM
• Assist with user accounts across Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
• Support classroom AV equipment and event sound systems
• Maintain hardware/software licence inventories and assist with endpoint security monitoring
