Mosman Preparatory School is seeking an on-site ICT professional to join our Operations Team. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support, manage Apple/Google environments, and work with specialist partners on more complex tasks.

The role offers growth into systems administration and broader technology planning within a Christian school community. This position requires a NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check, with a focus on safe, reliable technology for students and staff

Competenze

Hands-on Level 2 ICT support in a school environment.
Strong macOS and iOS skills with Jamf Pro, Apple School Manager and Google Workspace know‑how.
Good judgement; you know when to fix it and when to escalate.
Ability to explain tech in plain English and document outcomes clearly.
Organised, reliable, and able to close the loop on tasks.
Experience with Azure, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Mansioni

Be the friendly first call for devices, software, printing, classroom tech, access and connectivity.
Run our student iPad and staff Apple fleet through Jamf.
Administer Google Workspace and Classroom, including accounts and access.
Keep interactive panels, Apple TVs and AV on point from assemblies to services.
Support TASS and Parent Orbit and help with website updates.
Look after STEM kit, robotics and the green screen studio.
Own the asset register, purchasing, renewals and vendor relationships.
Keep printing, VOIP phones, CCTV and the digital bell system ticking over.
Partner with specialist providers on network, server and security matters.
