Job summary

Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, budget oversight, OH&S compliance, and collaboration with stakeholders to implement policy and improve school operations.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in managing Human Resources, including workforce planning, recruitment and performance management.
• Experience overseeing maintenance, operations, building and grounds, assets and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of department management systems such as AIMS, eduSafe and eCASES or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of Occupational Health and Safety legislation and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to external service providers and coordinate school events.
• Lead recruitment processes and advise leadership on HR practices and staff structures.
• Coordinate facilities management, capital works, and asset registers within budget.
• Ensure OHS compliance, risk management, inspections and safety programs are maintained.
• Prepare timely reports for senior management on school finance, HR and administration.
