Job summary

The role focuses on strategic HR, asset management, and safety, coordinating with leadership and School Council to advance educational outcomes.

You will oversee workforce planning, recruitment, payroll liaison, contract management, and facilities maintenance while ensuring compliance with Victorian regulations and departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in human resources functions including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance support and compliance with employment legislation.
• Proven ability to oversee facilities maintenance, operations and capital works projects with budget oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for HR, facilities, and OHS compliance across the school.
• Manage facility hire programs, invoicing and community liaison for external users.
• Lead safety, procurement, asset management and governance in line with Department policies.
