Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in business administration, human resources, facilities management, or operations management.
• Strong knowledge of workforce management practices and employment compliance requirements.
• Experience managing maintenance programs, contractors and facilities operations.
• Knowledge of OHS legislation, risk management and workplace safety systems.
• Excellent organisational, financial and project management skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and school administration systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure efficient management of school business operations.
• Oversee Human Resources, Facilities Management, Facility Hire Operations, and OHS compliance.
• Support Principal in achieving educational objectives through effective resource management and risk mitigation.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and staff development processes.
• Manage facility hire operations, bookings, contracts and invoicing.
• Coordinate capital works, budgets and reporting with School Council and leadership.
