Job summary

O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville, part of O'Brien Group, is seeking a highly motivated 2nd year Mechanical Heating, Ventilation and Cooling apprentice to join a growing, award-winning team. This full-time position offers great rates, a bonus program and camaraderie within a strong safety-focused culture.

You will report to the HVAC Manager and work across residential, commercial, and service sectors with opportunities for personal and professional development as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Current VIC Manual Drivers Licence desirable
• White Card MUST HAVE
• Working towards RAC01 or RSS03 (Refrigerant Handling License)
• Have or are willing to get a WWC (working with children's) card.

Responsibilities

• Support high-wall split system installations on residential and commercial sites.
• Collaborate with onsite teams and manage your workday with supervision as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and professional appearance on all jobs.
• Contribute to a growing, award-winning team within a fast-paced environment.
