Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking an experienced SBA Project Officer (Operations) to support the Sydney Biomedical Accelerator (SBA) through project coordination and operational development. You will engage with researchers, clinicians and cross-functional teams to build core frameworks and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Experience in project or operational roles with strong stakeholder engagement
• Proven ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience with financial modelling and analysis to translate data into insights
• Experience preparing briefs and presentations for senior audiences
• Strong documentation and information management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with researchers, clinicians and staff

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support development of core operational frameworks for SBA across workstreams
• Support workflows and initiatives to create an integrated, high-performing research and translation environment
• Assist communications, reporting and change management activities
• Provide project coordination and reporting, including papers, reports and project plans
• Synthesize data from researcher engagement into actionable reports for senior staff
• Provide broader project support to SBA as directed by the Manager
