Job summary

The University of Sydney invites applications for an experienced SBA Project Officer (Operations) to join the Central Operations Services team. The role coordinates and implements project plans across multiple workstreams, engaging researchers, clinicians and staff to build scalable operational frameworks for the Sydney Biomedical Accelerator.

Hybrid working is supported, with flexibility between remote and office-based work.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a project or operational role with stakeholder engagement.
Strong written briefs and presentations for senior audiences.
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive progress with limited supervision.
Experience with financial modelling and turning operational data into insights.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support development of core operational frameworks for SBA across workstreams.
Support workflows and initiatives enabling staff and students to experience SBA as a high-performing environment.
Assist with communications, reporting and change management for establishing SBA structures.
Provide project coordination and reporting, including papers, plans and milestone tracking.
Synthesize researcher engagement data into clear reports for senior staff.
