The University of Sydney seeks an experienced SBA Technical Services Manager to lead operational readiness of the Sydney Biomedical Accelerator's technical facilities. Reporting to the Associate Director, you will define requirements, oversee equipment procurement, commissioning, and the development of shared workflows across University and SLHD.

• A degree in life sciences or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational readiness planning for SBA's technical facilities and infrastructure.
• Define equipment, staffing and workflows to support research and translation.
• Procure, commission and manage laboratory equipment and facilities.
• Build and maintain relationships across University and SLHD stakeholders.
• Plan the technical workforce and guide teams through transition to new ways of working.
• Develop asset management and budget plans in consultation with senior leadership.
