Job summary

DyFlex Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the Perth area to ensure WA customers achieve long-term success with SAP solutions. You will work post-implementation to drive adoption, satisfaction, and growth while enhancing DyFlex’s regional presence.

Responsibilities include owning post-sales relationships, developing success plans, monitoring health metrics, and collaborating with Sales and Delivery to drive renewals and renewals.

Qualifications

• Must have proven customer success, account management or post-sales consulting experience in tech or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and delivery models (S/4HANA, Cloud, AMS).
• Business acumen and curiosity to deepen SAP product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own post-sales relationship with assigned WA customers and drive successful outcomes.
• Develop customer success plans, including forecasting and engagement roadmaps.
• Monitor health metrics and usage trends to address risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Support to drive renewals and upsells.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and advocate for customer needs.
