Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on Apex, LWC and Aura development.
• Deep experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS and JavaScript, with responsive UI.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party APIs and middleware (Azure, MuleSoft).
• CPQ or FinancialForce familiarity is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
• Champion automation, DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee technical design reviews, code reviews and design sessions.
• Identify technical debt and suggest optimisation strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, QA and product owners to translate requirements.
• Mentor and coach developers to foster knowledge sharing.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates and emerging tech.

Role: Salesforce Tech Lead
Based in Melbourne CBD - Hybrid working
Daily Rate - 6month initial contract, high potential to extend (2 year program of work)

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to own the design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across the business. You'll bring strong hands-on engineering skills together with the leadership ability to guide teams, drive best practices, and translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The breakdown of the role will be:
70% Tech Leading
30% Hands on Salesforce - which could be solutioning, enabling Salesforce Devs to execute tasks

Technical skills needed:

• 8+ years hands-on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura component development
• Deep experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Strong web fundamentals: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks for Experience Cloud
• Experience maintaining Salesforce integrations with third-party APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft
• Familiarity with CPQ or FinancialForce highly regarded/bonus
