Job summary

Slade Group is seeking a Quality Assurance/Test Analyst to join a high-performing technology team delivering enhancements across a Salesforce environment. You’ll plan and execute test activities, validate new functionality and ensure high-quality releases across multiple workstreams in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience as a QA/Test Analyst within Salesforce environments.
• Experience testing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ability to write clear test cases and defect reports.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• API testing experience (Postman or similar) will be highly regarded.
• ISTQB certification is advantageous.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing technology team delivering enhancements across a complex Salesforce environment. Working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners and business stakeholders, you'll be responsible for planning and executing test activities, validating new functionality and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple workstreams. You'll play a key role throughout the software delivery lifecycle, contributing to test planning, test case development, execution, defect management and production readiness within an Agile environment.
