Job summary

Adactin Group in Sydney is seeking a Manual Tester with 3–4 years' experience to test Salesforce applications, CRM solutions, and cloud-based features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will develop and execute test cases, collaborate with developers and analysts, report defects, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality throughout SDLC and STLC in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC/STLC, and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data based on requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing across Salesforce apps.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and QA documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support deployment validation.

Manual Tester

• 3–4 years of experience in manual software testing, with hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications and CRM solutions.
• Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, test scripts, and test data based on business and functional requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, and UAT testing across Salesforce applications.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud functionality, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and user access.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, business processes, data flows, and integrations with external applications and APIs.
• Perform data validation using SQL and Salesforce queries (SOQL) where required.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar defect-management platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, test evidence, and other QA documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, defect triage, and retrospectives.
• Support deployment validation and post-release / production verification testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM concepts, SDLC, STLC, and QA processes, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
