Job summary

LTM in Adelaide is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead manual testing and ensure quality across multi-application environments. You will design test cases, execute tests, and coordinate with developers, BAs, and external systems using Jira, Confluence, Postman, and MuleSoft integrations.

Strong analysis, communication, and risk management skills are essential to drive end-to-end QA delivery in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manual QA and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in API testing with Postman and integration testing.
• Experience with Salesforce/MuleSoft integrations and external systems.
• Strong defect management and root cause analysis abilities.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for tracking and reporting.
• Experience in Agile testing within Scrum environments.
• Ability to analyze requirements and identify quality risks.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute test cases across multiple applications.
• Coordinate integration testing with Salesforce/MuleSoft and external systems.
• Manage defects, perform root cause analysis, and track lifecycle.
• Contribute to requirements analysis and gap identification.
• Support end-to-end QA delivery with proactive risk management.
