Job summary

LTM in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program. You will own testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs and integrated systems, collaborating with BAs, Developers, Architects and Product Owners.

The role focuses on designing and executing test plans, leading SIT, UAT, regression, and reporting defects. You’ll apply QA best practices, coordinate test data, and work in Agile/Scrum with Jira/Confluence to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with API and integration testing.
• Proficient in Postman, Jira and Confluence and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own testing across the full QA lifecycle – planning, design, execution and reporting.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.
• Perform API testing using Postman and integration testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft and external systems.
• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Manage defects, root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Analyse requirements, identify gaps and proactively highlight quality risks.
• Coordinate test data and environments.
• Work across Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage and report testing activities.
