Job summary

LTM in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Analyst to join a major enterprise transformation program. You will own testing across Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs and integrated systems, collaborating with BAs, Developers, Architects and Product Owners.

The role focuses on designing and executing test plans, leading SIT, UAT, regression, and reporting defects. You’ll apply QA best practices, coordinate test data, and work in Agile/Scrum with Jira/Confluence to deliver quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce testing experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience with API and integration testing.
• Proficient in Postman, Jira and Confluence and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality across Salesforce, MuleSoft, APIs and integrated business systems, working closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Architects and Product Owners.

What You’ll Do

• Own testing across the full QA lifecycle – planning, design, execution and reporting.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong Salesforce testing experience, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Solid understanding of QA, test planning and test execution.
• API and integration testing experience.
• Experience with Postman, Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to challenge requirements, identify risks and provide practical solutions.
• Comfortable working independently and taking end-to-end ownership of QA delivery.

Desirable: MuleSoft, Xray, ACCELQ, automation frameworks, OCR/Intelligent Document Processing, compliance or security testing experience.
