Job summary
SustainRecruit is partnering with an established Australian organisation undergoing a significant digital transformation to recruit a Salesforce Functional Specialist. The role blends Salesforce configuration with solution design and eCommerce, working with stakeholders across B2B and B2C journeys.
You will configure and optimise Salesforce Commerce Cloud, gather requirements, drive platform improvements, and support integrations across Salesforce, payments, ERP and order management, while
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce functional/configuration experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud – B2B and/or B2C.
- Strong eCommerce and digital customer journey knowledge.
- Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture, data, security and integrations.
- Revenue Cloud, Apex/SOQL knowledge and Salesforce certifications are advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise Salesforce Commerce Cloud, including catalogues, pricing, promotions, search and checkout.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional Salesforce solutions.
- Improve end-to-end B2B/B2C eCommerce journeys.
- Support integrations across Salesforce, payments, ERP and order management.
- Drive platform improvements, automation and customer experience.
- Work with technical teams to troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
