Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking a seasoned Salesforce B2B Commerce specialist to configure, support, and administer B2B storefronts and related Salesforce platforms. This role combines hands-on storefront support with core Salesforce platform administration including user management, org health monitoring, and debugging to ensure both business functionality and platform stability.

Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model for B2B scenarios.
Hands-on administration of Salesforce platforms including security and MFA.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce and OMS configuration.
Support Experience Cloud storefronts and promotions configuration.
Manage order lifecycle, fulfillment, returns, and status management.
Investigate and resolve ecommerce issues affecting product browsing and checkout.
Monitor integrations with ERP, pricing, inventory systems.
