Job summary

Standards Australia in Sydney seeks a Salesforce Functional Specialist to optimise CRM and portal solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. You will configure and extend the platform using low-code tools to meet business needs and deliver an exceptional user experience.

Working with business stakeholders, you will design scalable configurations, manage data quality and security, and support releases and enhancements to maximise adoption and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in a functional/administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud configuration.
• Experience gathering requirements, workshops, and translating needs into Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead functional solution design, configuration, and enhancement across Sales, Service & Experience Cloud.
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models, security frameworks, and governance controls.
• Configure workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and user experiences using low-code tools.
• Manage and enhance customer/partner portals within Experience Cloud, including access controls.
• Deliver platform improvements and release activities aligned with priorities.
• Monitor platform performance, analyse issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve problems.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, security, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost user adoption and business outcomes.
