Job summary

Saltus Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Enablement ANZ for a six-month contract with hybrid work options in Melbourne or Sydney. You will reconcile data across Salesforce, SAP and BPC, prepare monthly performance reports and support sales targets while collaborating with Finance and sales stakeholders.

A hands-on operational focus is required. The role emphasizes process improvement, accurate data, and timely reporting, with an ASAP start and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Hands-on sales operations experience in a large enterprise.
• Experience reconciling sales, bookings or financial data across Salesforce, SAP and BPC.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile sales, bookings and financial data across Salesforce, SAP and BPC.
• Prepare monthly order intake, bookings and sales performance reports.
• Investigate discrepancies and work with Finance to resolve issues.
• Support sales targets, territories, account allocation and commission processes.
• Identify practical ways to simplify reporting and manual activities.
