Job summary

Doors Plus is seeking a Store Manager in Adelaide to lead a high-performing team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will coach staff, drive sales targets, and ensure policy compliance across the store while collaborating with the National Sales Manager to evolve the business.

Applicants should have a proven track record in sales leadership, customer service excellence, and P&L experience, with a willingness to work weekends and participate in an on-site, goals-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High-level sales achievement demonstrated with measurable results.
• Strong customer service orientation with a track record of delightful customer experiences.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team toward sales targets.
• Experience in managing a team and driving performance.
• Experience in P&L or financial oversight in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team environment and maintain high morale.
• Coach and mentor the team to drive high performance.
• Ensure Doors Plus policies and procedures are followed.
• Meet KPI and sales targets while supporting the team to achieve them.
• Collaborate with National Sales Manager to provide and receive feedback for growth.
• Possess a vehicle and current Australian driver’s licence for off-site measure/quote work; may require weekend hours.
• Work weekends as required by store traffic and sales cycles.
• Support base salary, commissions and bonuses paid monthly.
