Job summary

Doors Plus is seeking a Store Manager in Sydney to lead a small team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, monitor KPI targets, and work closely with the National Sales Manager to grow the business.

A vehicle and current driver's license are required, with some measure/quote work at customer homes. Base salary is paid weekly, with commissions and bonuses monthly.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of high-level sales achievement and customer service.
• Strong team leadership and coaching abilities to drive performance.
• Experience managing a team with P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and maintain high morale.
• Coach and mentor staff to meet KPI and sales targets.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
