Job summary

Palm Lake Group is seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator for the Bargara team. This full-time, 2-year fixed-term role supports Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager, ensuring smooth office operations, accurate documentation, and effective client communication onsite.

You’ll handle contracts, manage inquiries, and assist with events and marketing materials while maintaining key databases and coordinating coastal-area client activity. Weekend work may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an administrative or customer service role.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Current C Class driver’s licence and White Card (Construction Safety Induction) or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Sales Consultants and the Sales Manager.
• Prepare contracts, site agreements and client documentation accurately.
• Manage the sales inbox, phone calls and office correspondence.
• Maintain databases and online listings (realestate.com.au, downsizing.com.au).
• Coordinate stationery and marketing stock levels; assist with events and exhibits.
