Job summary

Adecco Australia is seeking a customer-focused Internal Sales Coordinator to join our client in Brisbane on an initial contract basis, with a strong possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate. You will report to the Internal Sales Supervisor and handle day-to-day sales administration.

This role suits someone with customer service or sales support experience, comfortable with ERP systems and Microsoft Office, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or order processing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Team-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Warehouse or inventory exposure will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email
• Provide product information, pricing, stock availability and lead time updates
• Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders
• Follow up on outstanding orders and customer requests
• Assist with customer complaints, returns and credit enquiries
• Support warehouse operations with order checking, packing and dispatch activities as required
• Assist with light assembly and packaging of products to meet operational requirements
• Maintain accurate records and provide high-quality customer service
