Job summary

Tacticall Recruitment is assisting a Queensland-based school uniform supplier located in Slacks Creek. The role supports the sales team, managing appointments, quotes and order processing while keeping calendars and communications moving smoothly.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive and able to liaise at all levels, handling multiple tasks under pressure and ensuring the sales cycle runs efficiently. Full time or part time hours are on offer.

Qualifications

• Highly organised, proactive and has excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable liaising at all levels and acting as the go-to person for the sales team.
• Ability to work under pressure and keep the sales process moving smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling appointments for the Account Management team.
• Ensure Account Managers are fully prepared before appointments and provide general admin support.
• Co-ordinate information between the whole team.
• Internal follow-ups to obtain required information or materials.
• Preparing and sending customer quotes.
• Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing inbound customer emails and calls.
• Monitoring shared inboxes and prioritising tasks.
• Co-ordinating information between all stakeholders.
