Visy, based at Carole Park, is recruiting a Sales Clerical Assistant to support the QLD Sales team. You will manage customer inquiries, quotes, and product lifecycle tasks while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer queries promptly and accurately and work closely with your nominated customers through a structured call cycle.
• Support the end-to-end Velocity process, including quotes, designs, and approvals.
• Assist in managing customer accounts, maintaining product listings, and addressing outstanding debtors, as well as any other Visy initiatives relevant to your customer base.
• Research new and existing customer opportunities and manage leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Technical teams to implement product changes.
• Provide reports and insights to the Sales team as needed.
