Visy Group in Brisbane is seeking a Sales Clerical Assistant to support our QLD Sales team at Carole Park. You will handle customer enquiries, quotes and specifications, coordinate product lifecycle management and assist with administrative tasks to back up the broader sales function.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience providing sales support and admin tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly and manage a structured call cycle.
• Support the velocity process including quotes, designs, and approvals.
• Manage customer accounts, product listings, and address outstanding debtors.
• Research new opportunities and manage leads in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service and Technical teams on product changes.
• Provide reports and insights to the Sales team.
