Job summary

Visy is seeking an Account Manager to join the Board division, based in Sydney. You will manage and grow established customer accounts across the Sydney South West territory while identifying new business opportunities.

Work with customers, the sales team and internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies, strengthen relationships and deliver commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, external sales, customer service or account management.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience will be highly regarded.
• Packaging or manufacturing industry experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business.
• Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
• Forecast customer requirements accurately and manage your territory using Salesforce.

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our Visy Board division, reporting to the Sales Manager. Based in Sydney, you will manage and grow established customer accounts across the Sydney South West territory while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Working closely with customers, the wider sales team and internal stakeholders, you will develop effective sales strategies, strengthen relationships and identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver commercial outcomes.
