Job summary

Visy is seeking an Account Manager to join the Visy Board division, based in Sydney. You will manage and grow established customer accounts across the Sydney South West territory while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Working closely with customers and the sales team, you will develop effective sales strategies, strengthen relationships and deliver commercial outcomes. You will use Salesforce to forecast requirements and collaborate across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, external sales or account management; B2B experience valued.
• Packaging or manufacturing industry experience highly regarded.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Retain and grow existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business.
• Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
• Forecast customer requirements accurately and manage territory using Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver value for Visy and its customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
• Follow and contribute to Visy’s workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
