Visy is seeking an Account Manager for its Board division in Sydney. Based in Sydney, you will manage and grow established customer accounts across the Sydney South West territory, while identifying and securing new business opportunities.

You will work closely with customers, the wider sales team and internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and deliver commercial outcomes. Key skills include account management, B2B sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales, external sales, customer service or account management.
• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience will be highly regarded.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail and a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities for growth.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow existing customer accounts while actively pursuing new business.
• Build and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
• Forecast customer requirements accurately and manage your territory using Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver value for Visy and its customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
• Follow and contribute to Visy's workplace health, safety and environmental requirements.
