The role supports an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, process orders and grow supplier relationships. We seek a proactive individual with strong communication, planning and a sales mindset to help drive store KPIs while enjoying a fun, collaborative work environment and career development

Qualifications

• Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes.
• Possess a 'Customer Comes First' attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills.
• Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email.
• A willingness to learn and have fun whilst getting the job done.
• Strong relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills.
• A sales mindset with the ability to contribute to store KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Support an Account Manager “buddy” in providing outstanding customer service.
• Processing orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner.
• Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for customers.
• Completing take offs and follow up on quote submissions.
• Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers business.
