Job summary

Bowens is seeking a proactive sales support coordinator to assist an Account Manager and ensure outstanding customer service. You will process orders, quotes and build strong relationships with suppliers and customers across the Bowens network.

Ideal candidates bring experience in sales support, excellent communication, and a customer-first attitude. You will contribute to store KPIs while enjoying a collaborative, growth-focused team environment with on-site parking and a culture that values

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support/administration role handling orders and quotes.
• Customer-first attitude with strong planning and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills via phone and email.
• Willingness to learn and enjoy teamwork while meeting targets.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships and contribute to store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support an Account Manager with customer service excellence.
• Process orders and quotes accurately and promptly.
• Build and develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers to source products and information for customers.
• Complete take-offs and follow up on quote submissions.
• Look for ways to add value to Bowens and customers' businesses.
