Job summary

Bowens is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Victoria. You will support an Account Manager buddy, process orders and quotes efficiently, and help build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales support or administration, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, solution‑oriented approach. The role offers training and development opportunities within a large, family‑owned Australian business.

Qualifications

• Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes.
• Customer comes first attitude with planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email.
• Willingness to learn and have fun while getting the job done.
• Strong relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Sales mindset with ability to contribute to store KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Support an Account Manager 'buddy' in providing outstanding customer service.
• Processing orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner.
• Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for customers.
• Completing take offs and follow up on quote submissions.
• Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers business.
